The Foundation accepts voluntary charitable donations to support its statutory activities. A donor may specify a purpose only by a separate agreement with the Foundation. Otherwise, a donation is treated as support for the Foundation’s statutory work. The Foundation publishes annual reporting materials within 90 days after the end of a reporting year; a partial or full report may be published first and updated later.
